Chicken Kyiv balls stuffed with cheese, butter and garlic recipe
Ingredients:
Chicken Kyiv Balls:
6 chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper
Smoked paprika
Italian herbs
Garlic powder
2 tbsp of Hello white vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup Japanese or regular crackers
Filling mixture:
75 gm butter
4 crushed garlic cloves
1/4 cup chopped parsley
A cup of grated cheese, as desired (I used Kashkaval and white cheddar)
For the sauce:
1/2 cup Hello mayochup
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt and Pepper
Smoked paprika
Dried herbs
How to prepare:
The butter should be at room temperature. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well, then form medium-sized balls of butter and put it aside.
Put the chicken on the food processor with salt, pepper, herbs, garlic powder, paprika and vinegar, then put the mixture in a dish and gradually add the vegetable oil and the cinnamon until the mixture sticks.
Make medium-sized balls of chicken, put a ball of the butter mixture in the middle, and seal the chicken ball, then grease it with vegetable oil and cover it with a crust after seasoning it with herbs, garlic powder and paprika as well.
Put the balls in a tray greased with vegetable oil and roast them in the oven at 180 for 15 minutes or on the air fryer.
Serve it with the sauce, to make the sauce, mix Hello mayochup, vinegar, sriracha (hot sauce), smoked paprika, herbs and a little bit of vinegar.
