Mexican baked potato salad recipe

Ingredients:
For roasting potatoes:

Sliced potatoes with peel

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Salt and Pepper

1 teaspoon fajita seasoning

The rest of the ingredients:

1 cup corn

1 cup red kidney beans

1/2 cup chopped pickled cucumber

1 cup chopped colored sweet pepper

1 cup chopped green onion

1 minced salari stick

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/4 cup green onions

For the sauce:

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup Hello mayonnaise

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp of mustard

2 tbsp Hello vinegar

How to prepare:
Mix the sauce ingredients well. Add all the ingredients and the potatoes are still warm.
